When standard communication channels have failed to resolve significant disagreements between parents and coaching staff.
Financial Disputes Affecting Teams
Payment issues or financial disagreements that have escalated to the point of disrupting team operations. Handle all refund request and insurance related issues.
Misrepresentation of Club Policy
Instances where club policies or decisions have been inaccurately portrayed, causing confusion or discord.
Repeated Code of Conduct Violations
Persistent behavior that contradicts our Parent Code of Conduct despite previous warnings or interventions.
