Steve has been coaching with Utah Celtic FC for over 13 years. He has served as the Director of Coaching for Celtic and Rangers from 2012-2018 and is currently an assistant with BYU's Women's Soccer Program. Steve played for BYU's Men's PDL team, graduating in 2009.
Steve has aided in the development of dozens of players who have gone on to play at regional and national youth levels as well as collegiate programs. He's found success at all levels within the youth game, winning 6 State Cup Championships, 3 Regional Championships, and a National Championship in 2019, with many players from those teams being academy alumni.

Cameron Jolley played for Utah Rangers FC while growing up. While playing for Utah Rangers, Cam won five state championships and was named to the FOX 13 Best 13 Players at the 2016 UYSA State Cup. Cam prepped at American Fork HS where he lettered all four years and captained the Cavemen. In 2017, he was named 1st Team All State and to the Utah Valley Team of the Year. After high school, Cam played for BYU and the Park City Red Wolves USL 2 Team. Since joining the Celtic staff, Cam has obtained his USSF C License, has coached at BYU and Park City Red Wolves as an assistant, and is currently the coach for Celtic's 06 E64, 09 GA, and 2012 Boys teams.

Makaylie Moore is originally from Auburn, WA, where she played for Eastside FC and won a USYS National Championship. She played at BYU from 2017-21 where she was 3-Time WCC Academic Honorable Mention. Makaylie helped BYU to four NCAA Tournament Berths, including an Elite 8 appearance in 2019 and a College Cup final appearance in 2021. Makaylie scored two goals in the Elite 8 to give the Cougars the semi-final appearance. Makaylie currently is an assistant at Salt Lake CC, helping SLCC to a NJCAA final appearance. Makaylie graduated from BYU in 2021 with a B.S. in Exercise and Wellness and is enrolled in her USSF C License.

Ashley has been coaching for 15 years at the youth, high school and college levels. She has served most recently as the Youth Director for Utah Storm, Goalkeeper Director, and coached several teams at all levels. She is also on the Utah ODP staff and has been an assistant coach at UVU and Snow College, as well as a Grad Assistant at the University of Colorado - Colorado Springs (UCCS). Ashley played club soccer for Real Colorado while growing up in Castle Rock, CO, and played Division II soccer at the UCCS as a goalkeeper. Ashley coaches Celtic’s 2011 E64 Girls and is the Academy Director and co-Director of Goalkeeping. Ashley currently holds her USSF A Youth License, United Soccer Coaches Premier Diploma, United Soccer Coaches Advanced National Goalkeeping Diploma and has a Master’s Degree in Recreation and Sport Sciences with a Soccer Coaching Emphasis from Ohio University, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Management from UCCS. Ashley was a member of the United Soccer Coaches 30 under 30 program in 2018 where she was selected as one of the top 15 young female coaches in the country.
