With over 25 years of coaching experience, Jeff brings passion, experience, and a winning track record to every team he coaches. A former ODP, collegiate, and semi-professional player, Jeff has coached across youth club, high school, college, and semi-pro levels—capturing multiple national, regional, and state titles along the way. He spent 18 years leading Utah Storm Soccer Club and is now in his fourth year as Director of Coaching at Utah Celtic FC. Jeff’s true passion is youth club soccer, where he’s dedicated to developing not just top players, but great people who love “The Beautiful Game.”

Caitlin Young

Caitlin Young is one of the top youth soccer coaches and directors in the United States. She grew up playing for Utah Celtic from ages 8-18 and loves to be a part of the club that shaped her youth. She holds a US Soccer A License and is involved in several major soccer organizations, including US Soccer as an educator and FIFA as a Technical Expert supporting development on a global level.

Whether she's on the field or mentoring coaches at Utah Celtic FC or across the globe, her goal is simple. Develop great players, great people, and enjoy the journey along the way!

Aidan Dayton

Boys Director, Boys 11v11 Director

Aidan Dayton grew up playing soccer here in Utah County, and had a similar pathway to what many here at Utah Celtic may experience as they look to play at the next level. His experience his a huge part of why we're so proud to have him here! Aidan played for Utah Storm and the RSL Academy, and prepped at Maple Mountain High School. In 2016 he won the UHSAA 4A State Championship and was named Mr. Soccer and Gatorade Player of the Year. He played four years of college soccer at Utah Valley University, after which he became a director at Shooters SC. After a couple years at Shooters, he joined Utah Celtic FC and was named as the Boys Director for the 2026-27 season.

Harry enters his first season as our South County Director. He has been at Utah Celtic FC for several years, and has coached our GA Aspire teams in multiple age groups. He currently coaches our U19 GA and GA Aspire teams. Harry brings both collegiate playing and coaching experience into his work with players, and is passionate about creating a player-centered environment where individuals are challenged, supported, and developed every day. Harry has a phenomenal track record of connecting his players with college coaches. In the last two seasons, 20 of his players from second and third teams have signed with college soccer programs, displaying Harry's ability and commitment to preparing and connecting players with the next level.

BRANDON GILLIAM

Brandon Gilliam grew up in the Arlington, Texas and played college soccer at BYU during the PDL era alongside many of our Utah Celtic FC coaches. He was a goalkeeper there, and earned a degree in Recreation Management with an emphasis in Youth Leadership. He was the Utah Royals Goalkeeper Coach in 2020. He was a BYU Men's assistant coach from 2008-2016 and has been Head Coach since 2016, where he has won the Collegiate Club National Championship 7 of the 8 seasons BYU has been involved in the division and has lost only one club game of over 150 in that span. His Cougars have also played spring games against D1, D2 and Juco programs, and went undefeated for over 1000 days against all programs from March 2023 - March 2026.
